Scenes in dreams were lucid and vividly alive,
Guru appeared and transmitted Dharma sublime.
No need for the human body to comprehend why,
Dharmakaya works wonders to help devoted ones.

Comment:

In the course of practicing Tantric Dharma many teachings had been received through lucid and vivid dreams. In some cases only Dharma words or mantras were heard, in others only written statements or words were seen, some were sequences of scenes that are full of symbolic and Dharma meanings, and in some cases even Gurus, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas or Protectors appeared to grant teachings.

As to my disciples that have special Dharma connections with me, some also had dreams in which I appeared to give teachings. I as a person do not know of these dreams. Nevertheless, the experiences of those who had such dreams were lucid and vivid, and the contents of such dreams are in accordance with the Dharma. This is because in the oneness of Dharmakaya, when the time of maturity is ripe, naturally this kind of supernatural inspirations will arise.

The spreading and continual transmission of the marrow of Tantric Dharma hinges on reoccurrences of such inspirational experiences from generation to generation.
