Exercising Toes

Playing with Health Balls seems to be just an exercise of fingers, and yet, in fact, the whole body is affected. Similarly, bending, stretching and turning toes can help improve circulation and release tension in the body. During long sittings, bed-ridden times, or sleepless nights one can use this gentle exercise of small movements to gain ease in short time. Exercising fingers and toes simultaneously would yield even better results.
