Mantras are supposed to be transmitted by Gurus.
However, in our electronic age, many materials are already available on-line. So when we distribute them on-line, we are not breaking the rule of secrecy, nor do we imply that Gurus' transmission is not needed, we are simply offer more opportunity for people to have access to those teachings. And for people with great faith, the mantras distributed with pure Bodhi intentions can also produce inspiration and miraculous salvation effects.
咒語是應該由上師來傳的。
然而，在這個電子時代，很多材料都已在網上傳播。所以我們在網上發佈它們，並沒有違反守密的法則，也不表示由上師來傳是不需要的，我們只是給人們提供更多的機會以獲得這些教導。而對於具足信心的人，這些出於純粹的菩提心發佈在網上的咒語也會帶來感應和奇跡般的救渡效應。

Some of polish buddhist sometimes ask me why am I distribute secret mantras via mail or websites (one of them is Sitatapatra mantra wheel from You). For me its rubbish, but maybe You can explain what should I answer to them?
有時有些波蘭佛友會問我，為什麽我要通過電子郵件和網站來發佈密咒（其中有一個是來自您的大白傘蓋佛母咒輪）。對我來說這是無謂的，但也許您能夠說明我該怎麽回答他們。
