日前隨意作湯,喝後整體清爽,因此將作法寫出,與大家分享。

一隻大雞腿,由關節處切半,洗淨後平放鍋中,加冷水到蓋過雞肉。一個番茄,洗淨切成八片;一個蘋果及一個梨,皆洗淨、去皮、切片。將此三果亦加入鍋中。以中火煮熟雞肉,熄火燜之,即成。其後亦可加飯再煮一下。

Three-fruit Chicken Soup

A few days ago I arbitrarily prepared a soup. After eating it my whole body felt extraordinarily comfortable, like cooling down inside. So I wrote down its recipe below for all to share.

One whole chicken leg, cut in half at the joint, washed clean and then placed flat into a soup pot.
Add cold water till the chicken is covered. One tomato, washed clean and then cut into eight slices; one apple and one pear, washed clean and then peeled, and then cut into slices. Add these three fruits into the pot. Use medium heat to cook till the chicken is done, and then turn off the heat to simmer it for a while. The soup is done. Afterwards one may also add some cooked rice to cook for a short while, if one so desires.
