通常一個人的想法
都為處境與立場所局限
然而成佛者不論在何時何地
心量都是無限的
只有對眾生的慈憫

佛法的修行者
不管目前的處境為何
都可設想
如果佛在這裡
他還會被這些想法所局限嗎
他會忘了苦難的眾生嗎

這樣一來
可能豁然開朗
不再為自我的窠臼所籠罩
而了悟應當如何行止
方是趨向證悟

Buddha is Here

Yutang Lin

Usually a person's views
Are all confined by his circumstances and standpoint
However, an enlightened one
No matter where and when he is at
His mind is boundless
With only compassion for all sentient beings

For a Dharma practitioner
Whatever the current situation he is in
He can ponder on
If Buddha is here
Will he be still confined by all these considerations
Will he forget the sentient beings that are suffering

In this way
It is possible that his mind suddenly opens up
No longer remains wrapped within the old cage of "self"
And comprehends how to act or not to act
So as to make progress toward full enlightenment
