長途旅行身體往往較為疲累。隨著年紀進入老邁,長途旅行對許多人都是越加難耐。我三十年來常越洋飛行,漸漸摸索出可以使得旅程覺得比較輕鬆的做法。首先是要儘量減輕行李,只帶必需的。在生理的調節上,出發前先排盡大、小便,並且只吃少量清淡的食物。在旅途中,也維持少量清淡的進食。這樣,身體需要做消化工作的量輕微,就會覺得整個旅程輕鬆許多。希望這樣的經驗談可以幫助年紀大或身體易疲累的人,在想要或需要長途旅行時,能得輕鬆一些。

Long Trips

Long trips often cause physical fatigue. As one advances into old age, long trips would seem even more difficult to endure for many people. Over 30 years I often made fights overseas, and gradually I figured out how to make the flights feel easier to undergo. First, endeavor to carry only the necessary items, and thus reduce the weight of luggage. As to regulating one′s physical condition, empty feces and urine, and consume only tiny amounts of light food and drinks before departure. During the trip, also sustained consumption of tiny amounts of light food and drinks. Thus, one′s body needs to do little to digest, and consequently, one would feel much more relaxed throughout the whole trip. Hope that this approach based on my experiences could help seniors or those prompt to get tired to feel easier when they desire or need to take long trips to reach their destination.
