Years ago I wrote about the idea of Tasting Boundless Tea (see link above), And ever since then I have been drinking tea in this way.
I have also learned through experiences in so doing to use some green tea and some fermented tea together So that the balanced result will taste fresh and yet not harsh to the stomach. Adding a bit of dried chrysanthemum or dried sweet osmanthus will add fragrance to the tea.
The tea cup shown in the attached image file was a gift from a disciple. I like its brim with gentle slopes up and down, And its flowers on branches inside the cup. As one sips tea from it, one can enjoy a beautiful sight.
The small plate, with little bit of flowers on one side, suits it well, And it was found in a market when I looked for a suitable companion for the cup.
The mat is for keyboard and mouse, But it has map of the whole world on it.
May all beings attain Enlightenment soon!
